Training delays mean that the training dept cant keep up with resignations/growth. Nothing to do with recruitment slowing down.
Piedmonts class sizes are dwindling due to lack of applicants, Piedmont is basically bottom of the barrel currently as far as quality of life in the regionals go. I work for but have many friends that can verify.
The ones that do join, a good percentage of them leave after getting the call to goto systems training many months down the road after Indoc.
