P-air. One needs to actually go and register and set-up ones own fund, as you are the manager of said fund, and as such make all the decisions where and in what you will invest.
Your accountant will put you straight, and if he wont, then give the Aus Tax Office a call.
Sometimes they can be mucho-helpfull....
