any organisation that has its principal place of business in a third country (see Article 78(1) of the Basic Regulation). Name any Florida based ATO that you believe is approved by the UK CAA and I will guarantee that it is either operating as a satellite of an ATO based within the UK or is approved directly by EASA. Naples Air Center's approval was indeed revoked by EASA in 2014 and it is currently offering EASA training under the approval issued to Andrewsfield Aviation.
