I've published a new version. This is the first update in about 3 years, and will probably be my last major update. I've pretty much run out of avenues to research. It's a 77mb PDF, and additions include all the flight sim stuff and crash animations.
I'm formatting this one to publish as an ebook on Amazon. It's a total pain, because I have to jump through hoops to prevent Amazon from destroying my formatting. That should be up in a couple days.
