If that's true, I could have saved myself the stress of going through the old process last week!
But I wasn't going to throw away the chance of having two attempts at it. Fortunately I got through stage 2, so that's no longer relevant.
But, surely it's not in NATS's interest to move the goalposts too much in the direction of making things easier, is it?
