There is no reference but Article 13 makes provision for recognition of certificates and licences for continuance of UK operations under the Chicago Convention (ICAO) and may offer an olive branch to those who have not completed a SOLI transfer from when the UK leaves to either March 2020 or until a comprehensive agreement applies.
