Reality here indicates with it now also being highlighted by current development that the site Luton Airport sits on is severely constrained in geographic/topographic/political/social & slot terms.
It appears LTN will max out shortly at the 18mppa limit albeit slightly higher with planning tweaks perhaps.
They will add a further 4 million within the existing boundary in around 18 months to 2 years and award themselves planning permission to increase the total as there is a cap. A constraint is night time restrictions. We will have to wait and see if they try to increase that figure.
