France & Netherlands - can one still fly there with a FAA license?
EASA is sadly a bit remiss in updating its list of Opt-outs which shows where you can fly N-registered airplanes with a FAA license. Is anybody flying privately in F and NL right now? I know Germany has prolonged its opt-out until June 2020.
