Objection?

Application by the council, for the council, that will benefit the council and was decided by the council who ignored every objection. Think this is called democracy by a council that is run like a one party state and dictatorship.
Spanish eyes you make the assumption that everyone objected to the airports application. You are wrong! Most people here in Luton want the airport growth to support jobs for todays unemployed and future employment possibilities. You equally give the impression that Wigmore Park has been around for ever when in fact it was waste land until its development during the late 1980s. Subsequently three quarters of Wigmore Park to this day is still under used unless under age youths driving motor bikes illegally are speeding and driving dangerously causing the occasional dog walker to to take evasive action are considered. Here in South Luton aircraft taking off or landing overhead is a normal occurrence and more times than not they go un-noticed by the majority living here. Most of the houses in South Luton were built before Luton airport even existed back in the 1930’s but most of Wigmore was built far later and in fact the area now known as Wigmore Park was built late 1980’s therefore anyone living near there should have realised that the airport like any other business could grow as the years pass by. You quote deception well as far as I am concerned the airport has for decades wanted growth and with growth comes future development and infrastructure. The two come hand in hand. My only negative gripe at LBC and the airports current and former leaseholders is that they never pushed for full growth decades ago!
