While pilots should know the LIM by heart and observe them at all times under NOR and ABN alike, truth be told: Big data FOQA/FDM/QAR show that in the above case the average pilot has 25% probability to bust the speed. The only remedy is if it had happened recently to somebody you know. Otherwise, when out of the blue in complex airspace, it would be really nice to have that line displayed alongside the warning.
