While the headline rates in Poland look attractive, factoring in 12+ weeks away from work you're already £6k+ down plus the inconvenience of being away from home so overall there's probably not much in it. My recommendation would be wherever possible to train close to home and keep your job going if you can grind it out around work. Difficult, but in the long run you'll probably be a better pilot for it and also better off financially overall when you also allow for having to find a job post qualification.
