Just to be clear I am no fan of Capt Noddy. I never voted for him at any stage - not even when he was the only name on the ballot for goodness sake! I do not know him personally but believed him to be well meaning if somewhat ineffective. But a company puppet - no way. His record of years of service to his fellow pilots is a credit to him but should never have been the Chairman
