In which case yes you are correct - no EU 361 compo is payable, BUT you can demand that LH finds you something out of BRS with a reroute
on any carrier (they are obliged to offer this course of action if you demand it but they don't like it)
Or certainly they have to provide transport and/or accomm/meal costs to get you to LHR (keep any receipts)
Suggest you speak to LH asap.
