Op Spec H103 DME ARC?
Does anyone have a reference as to what is meant in FAA Op Spec H103 as to the meaning of "DME ARC any light configuration", which lists a minimum HAT of 500'? It seems "DME ARC" means different things to different people relating to an instrument approach and I am seeking an official reference.
