I see a second AoA sensor and AoA disagree WAS an option for the 737 MAX, the two accident aircraft did not have that option.
My solution
> Install second AoA/Mis-compare option.
>MCAS dis-connect on control wheel.
> SIM training for all pilots before return to service.
