What a disgraceful law firm (and almost certainly guilty of conflict of interest). Seriously guys, grow up. You were involved in a AOA GC that failed miserably. Now, you are showing yourselves to be petty and vindictive. Drop the suit, now.
It's deflection. The members should be taking legal action against the GC for dereliction of duty.
