FAA Training Requirements for Pilot extended envelope testing
Looking at the FAA website, Part 121 Subpart N - Training Program includes section 121.423 of the Code of Federal Regulations. This is subject to Part 121 Amendment No. 121-366 which discusses "Pilot: Extended Envelope Training" and in particular at section (c) which states that:
"Extended envelope training must include instructor-guided hands on experience of recovery from full stall and stick pusher activation, if equipped".

Noting that Part 121 Amendment No. 121-366 became effective on March 12 2014, with compliance required by March 12 2019, does this mean that the FAA regulatory system already mandates extra training must be carried out dependant upon:
1) MCAS being classified as effectively being a stick pusher at specific points in the aircraft envelope.
2) The deviations allowed at section (e).
