Boeing will be one that is worried as Ryanair can refuse to take delivery if there are specific issue causing loss of life that Boeing have not sorted.
I suspect both will be nervous - after all, Ryanair has fleet plans that would need changing (even at Boeing's expense), and its their customers who will be impacted by disruption, if it occurs.
