On Saturday I queued for maybe 6 or 7 mins every lane was open and loads of staff. In that circumstance what exactly at this stage can anyone do, this morning every lane open and fully staffed. Yes it should never have got to this but it has. FR scaling back will help no end given the size of aircraft and load factors they have.
