Climb thrust at 500 AGL, is this an Air Asia cost cutting measure? How do you over speed the flaps if you retracted them? (yeah I know it's possible to over speed while they're retracting but with climb thrust set?) Retracting flaps and setting TOGA whilst in alt hold, outstanding systems knowledge
