Babcock Offshore Services Australasia Pty Ltd is a growing business that provides helicopter Search and Rescue, Emergency Evacuation and Passenger Transport operations across Northern and Western Australia, as well as in Timor Leste.

An opportunity exists for a passionate and motivated Aircrew Officer to join our Flying Operations Team. This business critical role will support our services to Chevron Australia, ConocoPhillips, PTTEP Australasia and Santos.

Reporting to the Chief Aircrew Officer, this is a full-time position and your primary responsibilities include conducting rotary wing Search and Rescue and Emergency Services.

This role is classified as a Touring position – travel to all current and future bases is a requirement of this role.

The successful candidate must have:
· CAO 29:11 Certificate of Competency in Winching & Rappelling Operations
· A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
· Current CASA Class II Medical Certificate
· Current Senior First Aid Certificate
· Current Advanced Resuscitation Certificate
· Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate
· TBOSIET/HUET Qualified
· Ability to hold/meet the RCO role endorsement/currency requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively in small teams in a forward operating base environment in remote areas.
