They have always proven themselves to be smart enough to take ownership of successful organizations and essentially leave them alone to continue and grow upon that success - unlike so many other financial organizations that believe their expertise and abilities will benefit and improve the company they are acquiring by trying to run things they have absolutely no idea about.
