I agree with many posts here, the staff handling manner is apalling and I have seen a lady member of staff in tears after a telephone "moral boosting session" with a certain VERY senior member of management.
Anyone who hasn't worked there probably won't believe it.
People stay because, as stated previously, it pays the bills and people will tend to stick with what they know, especially if they have commitments in the area. I suspect the younger pilots are just staying til they get enough hours to fly something with fans on the wings and glass cockpits and the ops staff stay because there aren't so many jobs out there just now and have families locally.
On the plus side, say what you like about MOB, the airline is still there and expanding. I think he secretly wants to be MOL but hasn't got the loot to throw around!

can't speak for recently, but relations between crew and ops were good when I was there and each supported the other as much as possible.
Cannot honestly recommend working for them unless you have a very thick skin, don't mind being thought of as rubbish by the boss who considers he can do the job better than all the ops staff put together and love daily "morale boosts".
Other than that it's a great place!
