Genuine question on Emerald as I maybe moving to the NW and am considering applying for an Ops job there.
What's the relationship between crews and Ops ? Good ? Bad ?
What sort of service do you get from them ? Are decisions sensible, quick, info relayed accurate etc etc ?
Would you recommend employment there ? (considering RM contract lost, yet ATPs on order)
