Yes the ex-gunner seat has been maintained on the H, and can be occupied by an instructor (EWO or other positions) if the mission dictates the need for an instructor(s). Or it can be left empty if not needed.
There are other jump seat positions like between the pilots and by the radar navs, but they are not ejection seats, and depending on the flight profile and phase of flight one of these instructors may want to move to the ex-gunners seat.
