Just finished months of tiresome negotiations wth Parc because they did not pay according to the laws of the country of the ailrline I worked for.
Had to engage the authorities of the country to have them pay up.
In the end they claimed that due to a “ administrative error” on their side they now were willing to pay out of goodwill !
Seems all ok then ?
No !
The calculations were wrong and they were not willing to search for the error costing me 30% of my arrears.
The officials of the country were not willing to check the correct follow up and suggested me to go to a lawyer.
Ofcause I won't because he will be the sure winner !
