Well it is (one endorsement) in EASA land, B737 300-900 (Jurassic is separate) but I still believe that one has to complete a differences course if transitioning (from NG to CL), and you can theoretically end up with B737 300-400-500 on your licence with no NG. Disclaimer: I don't claim expertise here and may well be out of touch.
