the end of service is based on 3 weeks for the first 4 years in the company and then increase to 4 weeks of your basic salary and it is calculated from your last basic salary
the ISP it is optional to join as fas as I know.
you pay 5 , 10 or 15 % of your basic monthly and the company contribute with 10% monthly
the way I see it for new joiners ISP is better but for seniors guys the end of service is better anyway by the end of your employment you will get the ISP or End of service which ever is greater
and you will get 100% of what you paid in the ISP so it is a good saving plan .
