RAT is completely correct. Anyone who is working "at the coal face" can plainly see that all is not well with CX operations. Too many cancelled flights to list, going back the last 2-3 years. Many daily flights cancelled to/from NA are well documented. We used to have 4 daily returns to LAX. Now, down to 3, and frequently even one of those is cancelled, hence only 2 per day at times. Not a sign of a healthy airline. There is also the recent notifications of changes to the AUS schedules, with many cancelled flights. CX has taken it on themselves to attack their aircrew as a major point of policy, and now that the strategy has backfired, they are left with an operation that is chronically short of pilots, they can't recruit trained pilots, and an ever growing percentage of resignations that is gaining momentum, as most pilots realise there is in fact NO future for them and their families with CX. It's too late to turn the Titanic around now, and everyone knows it. You reap what you sow....
