. Looking at the work schedule the MSCP should be completed by July 17th. at the current rate they might just make it!!
The steelwork has been going up faster than the speed of the remaining foundations are being finished off at so I am excepting a pending halting of further steel erection. The metal flooring is about to go in that the concrete is poured onto but realistically I really cannot see the car park being opened for this summer. July 17th 2020 seems more realistic than July 17th 2019. If I was a betting man I would say it will open around Christmas time.
