Surely there is very little that can be done to improve nav aids at SOU?
TCAS FAN confirms the RVR minima for 20 as 800 MTRS?,if so this is well above other Cat 1 ILS minima at other airports,which I believe is 550 MTRS. As quoted by others its seems unlikely that this would be acceptable to LCC operations given down the road is a Cat 3 airfield called Bournemouth!
