There can't be many regional airports with such poor minimas, it begs the question is the airport fit for purpose in poor weather operations?
This does not appear to be a simple weather diversion. ILS RVR minima for an approach to RWY 20 normally around RVR 800. Can anyone throw any light on this, such as aerodrome navaid/lighting failure or aircraft tech problem (hydraulics) requiring longer runway for landing?
