Permit to proceed.
Hi guys,
Assume a charter flight from Paris to Miami.
I understand I can now pick up more passengers in Miami and go to NY as long as I get my Permit to proceed and the passengers will leave the country on the same charter tour.
The plan is now to do more domestic legs but can I leave the pax we picked up in Miami in NY and pick them up later when we finally leave the country or do they have to be onboard every leg in between until I leave the country?
