Rosters on 320 seems to be quite good and their time to command is the shortest among the fleets. Reg. fleet change to wb, it's all down to what's needed at the moment. Hard to tell.
What is the time to go command for A320 guys in that case? Is it directly after three years within QR if you meet the hours?
