I would think this is a rather narrow market as new aircraft needs an acceptances"Test flight" and are done by the senior "technical" pilots and one or two lucky chaps from HQ. In our case anyway , Seattle to Europe.

Would love to do one , but its never going to happen.
The other odd flight sounds like fun for a retired chap.
