I think the issue is probably around running water for the toilet facilities. If I discovered I had no running water 30 mins into a Tenerife flight I’d be looking to stop off just out of decency never mind that you will be grounded down route out of a maintenance base..
Agreed, be in the Mail for lack of water, or for the absolute state of the toilets after a 5 hour flight without any water. Lose lose.
