But by leaving the customs union the UK is by necessity imposing a border. It is the UK instigating the breach of the Good Friday Agreement. The US was just as involved in the Good Friday Agreement as the UK and Irish Governments and are as entitled to get involved on this specific issue as either of the above governments. Thankfully Congress is focusing on something that has escaped the majority of those in Westminster....the inevitable resumption of republican and loyalist paramilitarism as a result if a hard Brexit.

My goodness what a mess.
