TCX in worst case scenario would get rid of most of their fleet and just buy seats on other airlines (exception being TUI and Jet2, both won't want to be seen helping the enemy)
I’m pretty sure TUI and TCX do block buy seats (allocation) on each other’s flights only on certain routes from certain airports. I know TUI were buying seats from LS last summer especially out of LBA. I’m pretty certain it works in the reverse also and has done for as long as I can remember.
