New A-CDM (slot reservation) program for CYYZ

The GTAA operating CYYZ has again implemented a mandatory slot reservation system for CYYZ . Starting Feb. 18/19 as a trial and then full implementation on April 23/19 http://www.navcanada.ca/EN/products-...019_01.pdf#top
It looks complicated and very rigid with very small leeway’s and although compared to Europe’s reservation system, this seems to be more restrictive in the framework.
GTAA is working hard to live up to their real acronym meaning...Go To Another Airport!
