This would have allowed the crew, if necessary, time to enter or select the waypoint. Keep in mind that crews not familiar with the area, or foreign crews who come into your airspace with a vocabulary of 200 English words, may not immediately get the correct spelling of the Waypoint and may have to search for it on the chart.
