To be absolutely CLEAR and the GC should have ( but hasn't ) clarified this at any time. Under HKG Labour Law an employee CANNOT be coerced to sign new conditions. So if you vote NO you will stay on your current terms. If you are worried about dismissal then read your contract, retrenchment is on a last in first out basis.
