What If..... 747-400 Throttles

I think the 767 throttle hold at 80 Kts is obtained from the ins ground speed.
Also this ins 80kts speed arms the rto auto brakes.
Also the ins is inputed to the yaw dampers.
Possibly the 747 also uses the ins for throttle hold and other functions.
