Actually this changed a few months ago. Moorabbin used to be on the CASA OnTrack tool but it was removed for some reason and hasn't been restored since.

Airservices however published four very informative pages on YMMB (http://www.airservicesaustralia.com/...-Moorabbin.pdf). Rest assured though that the "Moorabbin CCT" luckily hasn't changed much since 2010. As a reminder, it's even featured on page 3, and I seriously can't resist to share it here with you all:
