Apart from filling out the online application with your hours the only thing I can suggest is going down to the next roadshow and talking to the recruitment team, see why they haven't processed your application yet and if there is anything else you can do to be more attractive. Have heard others on these forums with similar stories of seemingly appropriate qualifications but no responses. It could be you're lost in the system as it has got to be one full database, so getting a face to face could sort that out or at least clarify why you aren't getting the call at this stage.

From their website:

Entry Requirements

Direct Entry Captains need a minimum of 3000 factorised hours total and a minimum of 500 factorised hours in command of a medium to heavy commercial jet (current command).

Senior First Officers (SFO's) have an unfrozen ATPL with a minimum of 1500 hours total time, with a portion of that time being on heavy turboprops or medium to heavy commercial jets. For SFO's there are 2 ways to join the airline: our Direct Entry Scheme and our Type Rating Sponsorship Scheme (TRSS).

First Officers (FO's) have a frozen ATPL (CPL + ATPL theory) and a minimum of 500 hours. FO's can only join the airline through our TRSS scheme.

It may be you're slipping through the cracks if you don't have the heavy turboprop/jet time but do have an unfrozen ATPL, ie too much time on light aircraft. There is apparently a place to indicate you are interested in the TRSS on the application form, so tick that anyways. Not sure that inside contacts make as big a difference in this outfit a la WestJet,

Good luck.
