If this it the same chippy that was based at Ormond Beach a few years ago, it didn't even have a working radio let alone a starter.
I was over there getting some Pa44 time and the chippy was about doing it's own thing omong the training cessna's, weaving like a grass snake, not talking to anyone. Not much fun at a crowded place like OMN.
