Most people in this excuse for a company are trying to get out, for the reasons Fred states, senior management will never listen to the pilots, if the FOD has to leave it says something does it not?
Yes Turbo Rick you are quite correct, if the FOD has to leave it does say something, and that is his wife and kids live in the Northeast and he obviously wants to spend more time in that region. Not unreasonable i'm sure you`ll agree, but infering that he is leaving due to problems without revealing the full circumstances in an attempt to slur Emerald is a bit cheap.
Without wanting to repeat a previous post, if the above complainants are unhappy with the working arrangements at Emerald then just leave. The grass may seem greener on the other side guys and girl, but the !!!! may well be deeper. Reading some of the remarks and observing the attitudes of some contributors to this thread you need to get out of Emerald (or get a personality transplant).
And for all the low grade mental defectives, no i'm not MOB, his father, brother, nor do i work for Emerald.
