They are frustrated, bitter but cannot leave as the can't get back that sweet little charter job, flying to the Bahamas, shagging the 18 yr olds, while the wife soundly sleeps back home. Oh no, once in, its hard to leave, but of course nobody knows this until they have had the reality of "a great way to fly".
