What is Stall?

Yes, and no.

While these are technical questions, they are not so complex such that it would be difficult to find information online, and thus would hint at a candidate's preparation.

From my experience, the interviewers will ask questions on the basics first, eg. how does a plane fly, stalls. If they sense you are prepared, they might ask a more advanced question eg. ILS, and usually the technical questions they ask are branched off from your answers to previous questions. eg. In my case, answering a engine failure scenario, I mentioned ETOPS in my answer and was subsequently asked to explain it.
