Autoroster or Autob******t
Am I alone in thinking that autoroster is just an excuse that can be used by that department to put their friends on the trips that they want and everyone else on anything that comes up to fill in the gaps?
I know that you can't please everyone all the time.....etc.
but when I keep meeting colleagues who have just worked trips that they didn't want or have done 3 identical on the trot perhaps even one that I had requested !! it just doesn't make sense as no-one is happy and some of that must get passed on to the customer however professional you try to be.
It must be worked by strings, but I haven't found them yet any suggestions?
