BA flew 290,505 passenger sectors in 2017, Virgin (including a subsidiary that flies to the Carribean) 21,628.

You can get all flights for a day for individual airports from sites such as flightradar24. You can cut & paste into a spreadsheet & sort by airline, etc.

The US Bureau of Transport Statistics has lots of data. Sadly they are currently shut down thanks to Pres Trump.
